Lithuanians in the Kengir uprising. 16 May–26 June 1954

Exhibition “Lithuanians in the Kengir uprising. 16 May–26 June 1954“ prepared in 2019 dedicated to Commemorate 65 years after Kengir uprising.
On 24th May 2019 exhibition was opened in Tuskulenai memorial complex in Vilnius, on 26th June in the Union of former political prisoners and deportees Of Lithuania in Kaunas on 3rt August in a meeting of former political prisoners arid deportees of Lithuania “With Lithuania in a heart” in Arioga, Raseiniai district.
Material for the catalog of the exhibition was used from the Lithuanian Special Archives; Archives of the Union of Families of Soldiers of Lithuanian Armed Forces who suffered from Soviet and Nazi Genocide; Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance; Kaunas IX Fort Museum, Museum of Occupations and Freedom Fights of the Genocide and Resistance Research Centre of Lithuania (LGGRTC); families of the Kengir uprising participants; material from private archives of G. Alekna, A. Seikalis, S. Sprindys, and A. Vyšniūnas.
